钙卫蛋白、钙激活蛋白在结直肠腺瘤中的表达及意义

目的探讨钙卫蛋白、钙激活蛋白在结直肠腺瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法对结直肠腺瘤组织标本中钙卫蛋白、钙激活蛋白的表达进行检测。结果钙卫蛋白的表达与患者性别、肿瘤部位、组织类型无关（P〉0.05）。钙激活蛋白的表达与患者性别、肿瘤部位、组织类型无关（P〉0.05）。但不同病理异型性之间的差异具有统计学意义（χ2=7.882,P=0.019）。钙卫蛋白和钙激活蛋白表达无关联（r=-0.104）。结论钙卫蛋白的高表达及钙激活蛋白的低表达可成为早期预测腺瘤癌变的的分子生物学指标。

Expression and Significance of Calprotectin and Calcium Actived Protein in Colorectal Adenoma

Objective To investigate the expression of calprotectin and calcium actived protein in human colorectal adenomas.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was applied to detect the expressions of calprotectin and calcium actived protein in colorectal adenoma tissues specimens.Results The expressions of Calprotectin was not related to tumor parts,pathologic type and pathological atypia(P >0.05).The expressions of calcium actived protein was not related to sex、tumor parts,pathologic type(P >0.05).However,the difference of different pathological atypia was statistically significant(c2=7.882,P =0.019).Expression of calprotectin was not associated with calcium actived protein(r=-0.104).Conclusion The high expression of calprotectin and the low expression of calcium actived protein may predict the molecular markerss of canceration in colorectal adenomas.
