玻璃体切除联合玻璃体腔注药治疗眼内炎的疗效观察

目的探讨玻璃体切除联合玻璃体腔注射抗生素治疗眼内炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析行玻璃体切除联合玻璃体腔注药治疗（A组,37例）与单纯性玻璃体内注药治疗（B组,35例）眼内炎的临床治疗效果。结果 A组治疗眼内炎的总有效率为86.49%,而并发症的发生率仅13.51%;B组治疗眼内炎其总有效率为65.71%,而并发症发生率高达34.28%。结论一旦发生眼内炎应立即玻璃体腔注射抗生素,有条件应联合玻璃体切除术,及时的治疗对于挽救患者的视力有很大的帮助。

The Vitrectomy Union Intravitreal Injection Treats Endophthalmitis Curative Effect Observation

Objective To investigate the vitrectomy with intravitreal injection of antibiotics,the efficacy of the treatment of endophthalmitis.Methods Retrospective analysis of vitrectomy with intravitreal line injection treatment (A group,n=37) and simple intravitreal drug injection (B group,n=35) clinical endophthalmitis treatment.Results A group treatment of endophthalmitis,the total effective rate was 86.49%,while the complication rate was only 13.51%;B group treatment of endophthalmitis,the total effective rate was 65.71%,while the complication rate as high as 34.28%.Conclusion Once endophthalmitis intravitreal injection of antibiotics immediately, conditions should be combined vitrectomy and timely treatment for the patient’s vision to save a great help.
