伊曲康唑与氟康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎成本-效果分析

目的:评价口服伊曲康唑与氟康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的疗效及费用情况。方法:160例马拉色菌毛囊炎病人随机分为2组。伊曲康唑组85例,予伊曲康唑胶囊200 mg·d-1,口服,连续14 d;氟康唑组75例,予氟康唑胶囊150 mg·d-1,口服,连续14 d。治疗后进行成本-效果分析。结果:伊曲康唑组与氟康唑组治疗后的总有效率分别为87％(74／85)和83％(62／75)。成本-效果比(C／E)分别为3．87和4．24,增量成本-效果比(ΔC／ΔE)为-3．16。敏感度分析结果与参数改变前的结果基本一致。结论:伊曲康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎有较佳的成本-效果比。

Cost-effectiveness analysis of itraconazole and fluconazole in treatment of Malassezia folliculitis

AIM: To evaluate the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness analysis of itraconazole and fluconazole administrating orally in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis. METHODS: One hundred and sixty patients with Malassezia foUiculitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. Itraconazole group (85 patients) and fluconazole group (75 patients) were given orally itraconazole capsule 200 mg·d-1 and fluconazole capsule 150 mg·d-1 individually with a course of 14 d, respectively. The outcomes of the two groups were evaluated by cost-effectiveness analysis after the treatment. RESULTS: The total efficacy rates of itraconazole group and fluconazole group on Malassezia foUiculitis were 87 % (74/85) and 83 % (62/75) , with C/E as 3.87 and 4.24 respectively.ΔC/ΔE as -3.16 was shown in gross increase production. The result of sensitivity analysis was basically similar to the result of pre-changed parameters. CONCLUSION: Itraconazole capsule provides the better cost-effectiveness ratio in comparing with fluconazole for the patients with Malassezia foUiculitis.
