加替沙星和左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸道感染的临床研究

摘    要:目的 评价加替沙星治疗呼吸道细菌感染的临床疗效与安全性。方法 以左氧氟沙星为对照药进行随机双盲对照临床试验 ,共治疗呼吸道细菌感染患者 5 3例 ,其中加替沙星组 2 6例 ,左氧氟沙星组 2 7例。结果 加替沙星组临床痊愈率为 5 3 85 % ,有效率为 88 4 6 % ,细菌清除率为 90 91% ;而对照组分别为4 0 74 % ,6 2 96 %和 83 33%。加替沙星组临床有效率高于左氧氟沙星组 ,两组差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。两组不良反应发生率分别为 11 5 4 %与 14 81% ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 加替沙星治疗呼吸道感染的有效性与安全性与左氧氟沙星相似 ,是一种高效、广谱、安全的抗生素

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin versus levofloxacin in treating respiratory tract bacterial infections Methods A randomized, double blind clinical design was used in 53 cases to accomplish the clinical trial, in which 26 patients were assigned to gatifloxacin group and 27 to levofloxacin group Results The rate of cure, efficacy, and bacterial eradication in the gatifloxacin group was 53 85%, 88 46%, and 90 91% in comparison with 40 74%, 62 96%, and 83.33% in the levofloxacin group ( P<0.05 ) The rate of adverse reactions in gatifloxacin and levofloxacin groups was 11 54% and 14 81%,respectively ( P>0.05 ) The side effects were mild Conclusion The efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin are comparable to levofloxacin Being a high efficient, broad spectrum, and safety antibacterial agent, Gatifloxacin can be used in the treatment of moderate or severe bacterial infections of the respiratory tract
