| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肝癌组织中干细胞关键转录因子Foxd3的表达情况及其临床意义.方法 采用组织芯片及免疫组织化学技术对31例肝癌组织和12例正常肝组织中Foxd3的蛋白表达进行检测.结果 可见Foxd3蛋白在肝癌组织中表达（93.5％,29/31）,其表达概率要高于正常组织（P＜0.05）,对Foxd3的表达量进行半定量分析,其在肝癌中的表达量明显高于正常组织（P ＜0.001）.结论 肝癌组织中存在着具有干细胞性质的癌细胞,提示了肝癌干细胞存在的可能. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of Foxd3 in hepatoma and its significance.Methods Tissue array and immunohistochemistry were used to analyze Foxd3 protein expression in 31 cases of hepatoma and 12 cases of normal tissue.Results Most of hepatoma （29/31,93.5％） expressed Foxd3 protein,it had higher frequency than normal hepatoma （P ＜ 0.05）.Semi-quantitative analysis was used to elevate the level of Foxd3 based on previous report,its level was higher in tumors than in normal tissues （P ＜ 0.001）.Conclusions A few hepatoma cells who have stem cell property exist in hepatoma tissues,it is a potential target for hepatoma therapy. |
