摘    要:目的:对栽培西陵知母与野生知母药材质量进行全面分析,并在此基础上进行比较,阐明二者内在质量的异同.方法:对收集的易县各乡镇栽培样品和野生知母样品进行全面分析.选取皂苷、黄酮、多糖3大类,6种有效成分作为指标.HPLC-ELSD内标法测定菝葜皂苷元含量;HPLC-ELSD同时测定知母皂苷C和知母皂苷AⅢ的含量;高效液相色谱法同时测定新芒果苷和芒果苷含量;硫酸-苯酚法测定总多糖含量.结果:栽培样品中菝葜皂苷元含量略低于野生样品;栽培品中知母皂苷C和知母皂苷AⅢ含量高于野生样品;3种皂苷类指标成分含量差异均不显著.栽培品新芒果苷含量低于野生品,芒果苷含量高于野生样品,2种黄酮含量总和没有显著性差异.栽培品多糖含量显著高于野生品.结论:易县栽培知母主要有效成分的含量与易县野生知母药材比较接近,没有显著差别.栽培西陵知母与野生知母药材具有一致的优良内在质量.
