单椎截骨矫治胸腰段椎体陈旧骨折后凸畸形

目的　评价单椎截骨在胸腰椎陈旧骨折后凸畸形矫治中的疗效　方法　本组 16例全部采用经椎弓根单椎截骨AF内固定 ,计算手术前后后凸畸形角度的变化。结果　本组病例随访 1年其腰痛症状消失或大部分缓解 ,脊髓损伤神经根功能有所恢复 ,截骨部位获得骨性愈合 ,后凸角度由手术前的 (43.9± 7.9)°矫正到手术后的 (15 .6± 4 .9)° ,两者在统计学上有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　单椎截骨AF内固定矫治胸腰椎陈旧骨折后凸畸形固定牢靠 ,是一种简单、有效、安全、新的后路手术方法

Treatment on Kyphotic Deformity of Late Thoracolumbar Frachure Cases by Single Level Tanspedicle Osteotomy

Objective To evaluate treatment on kyphotic deformity of late thoracoicolumbar fracure cases by single level transpedicle osteotomy.Methods 16 cases of kyphotic deformity were corrected by single level transpedicle osteotomy and AF fixation, and the changes of kyphosis angle were measured.Results 16 cases were followed up 1 year Low back pain relief and excellent bone healing were achieved in 16 cases.The angle of kyphosis was(43.9±7.9)°in prs opeation and (15.6±4.9)°in prst operation The ditferene between Pre operation and post operation were staistically significant.( P<0.01).Conclusion The single level transpedicle osteotomy wse a new,simple,safety and treatment for kyphotic deformity of late thoraciolumbar case.
