瑞丽市美沙酮维持治疗流动试点服务车服药人员退出影响因素分析

目的：分析美沙酮维持治疗服药人员退出原因，提高治疗维持率。方法：将2006年11月6日门诊开诊到2008年12月31日期间参加美沙酮维持治疗的210例服药人员分成退出组与治疗组，探索影响维持率的因素。结果：两组人员的年龄、民族、职业、婚姻状况、文化程度、服药前主要使用的毒品种类、是否注射、是否共用过注射器、是否戒过毒、近半年吸毒方式和服药前吸毒年无显著性差异，服药时间短（小于6个月）、尿检阳性、未感染HIV或HCV的服药人员退出较多。结论：退出原因与服药时间、尿检、是否感染HIV或HCV有关，应加强对这一人群的管理和干预。

Analysis of reasons for patients leaving methadone maintenance treatment mobile pilot service vehicles in Ruili City

Objective：To analyst the quit reasons of methadone maintenance treatment （MMT）clients and to improve the maintenance rate of treatment. Methods： 210 MMT clients fi：om November 6th, 2006 to December 31st ,2008 ,into quit group and treatment group and to explore the impact factors of quit. Results：There was no significant statistical difference between two groups on age, nationality, occupation, marital status, education level, types of drug before taking MMT, whether injecting drugs, whether sharing of syringes, whether quiting drugs, mode of drug abuse in the past six month and time on drug abuse before taking medicine, the MMT clients who had short treat time （less than 6 months）, urine test positive, non-infected with HIV or HCV quit more .Conclusion： The quit reason was related to treat time, urine test result, whether infected with HIV or HCV, we＇should strengthen the management and intervention on this population.
