| 摘 要： | 本文报告应用信谊药厂生产的茶碱缓释片治疗60例支气管哮喘患者的疗效及副作用。对哮喘的疗效,有效率为75％,显效率为28％。口服剂量200mgbid,7d为一疗程。该药具有作用持久,血药浓度稳定、服药次数少、副作用小等优点;值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Under careful observation, the therapeutic value of theophylline release-sustained tablets were investigated.60 cases of asthma under active exacerbation had 45 cases(75%) and 17 cases (28% )definitely and distinctly improved respectively. 200 mg of theophylline in such tablet bid for 7 days were considered as a regular course of treatment. Advantages consist of proper therapeutic value, a stable drug concentration in plasma and least side effect. |
