| 摘 要： | 目的:评价抗抑郁药应用现状及趋势,为药品生产和临床使用提供参考。方法:收集南京地区2010-2012年32家医院抗抑郁药应用数据,以用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等药物利用研究指标,对数据进行统计、分析。结果:3年内南京地区抗抑郁药用量逐年增长。选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)销售金额占抗抑郁药总销售金额的69%以上。结论:南京地区抗抑郁药首选帕罗西汀等SSRIs类药,艾司西酞普兰销售金额上升趋势明显,以文拉法辛为代表的5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素再摄取双重抑制剂在抗抑郁药中占有越来越重要的地位。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the situation and trend of the utilization of antidepressants, and to provide reference for drug manufacturing and clinical application. METHODS： The utilization of antidepressants in Nanjing area during 2010- 2012 were collected and analyzed statistically in terms of DDDs and DDC, etc. RESULTS： The consumption quantity of the antidepressants in Nanjing area increased year by year. The consumption sum of SSRIs accounted for 69% of the total consumption sum of antidepressants. CONCLUSIONS ： SSRIs such as paroxetine have became the first choice of antidepressants in Nanjing area, and the consumption sum of escitalopram has increased significantly; the representatives of SNRIs including venlafaxine play an increasingly important role in clinical antidepressant treatment. |
