“CBS-PBL-RISE”教学法在临床见习及临床药师培养中的探索与实践

目的：探讨“CBS-PBL—RISE”教学法在临床见习及临床药师培养中应用的可行性及有效性，为规范临床药师培养模式提供参考。方法：选择泸州医学院2011--2012年药学系及临床药学系本科生共65人，首先采用传统的以授课为基础的（LBL）教学法对其进行为期2周的教学，然后再采用“CBS-PBL-RISE”教学法对其继续教学2周。教学结束后采用自行设计的调查问卷，由学生对两种教学方法进行主观效果评价。结果：各项指标中“CBS-PBL—RISE”教学法好评占比均值为55．5％，一般为43．7％，差评为0．8％，而传统LBL教学法好评占比均值为4．8％，一般为79．0％，差评为16．2％，“CBS—PBL-RISE”教学法主观效果评价优于传统LBL教学法。结论：“CBS-PBL-RISE”教学法用于临床见习及临床药师培养有效、可行，可以提高学生临床思维能力。

Exploration and Practice of CBS-PBL-RISE Teaching Methods in Clinical Probation and Clinical Pharmacist Training

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of CBS-PBL-R/SE teaching methods in clinical probation and clinical pharmacist training, and to provide reference for standardizing clinical pharmacist training model. METHODS： A total of 65 students majored in pharmacy and clinical pharmacy were selected from Luzhou Medical College. Firstly, traditional teaching method of lecture based learning （LBL） was used for 2 week; secondly, CBS-PBL-RISE teaching method designed by the author was used for 2 weeks. The effects of 2 teaching method was evaluated by self-designed questionnaires. RESULTS ： Among teaching index, favorable comment for CBS-PBL-RISE accounted for 55.5%, general comment accounted for 43.7% and negative comment accounted for 0.8% ; those of LBL were 4.8%, 79.0% and 16.2%, respectively. CBS-PBL-RISE teaching method was superior to traditional teaching method. CONCLUSIONS： CBS-PBL-RISE teaching method is feasible and effective for clinical probation and clinical pharmacist training, and can improve clinical thinking ability of the students.
