武汉地区32家医院2010～2012年心脑血管类中药注射剂应用调查

目的：评价年武汉市32家医院治疗心脑血管疾病中药注射剂应用情况和趋势。方法：对2010-2012年武汉市32家医院心脑血管类中药注射剂的用药总金额和用药频度进行统计分析。结果：心脑血管类中药注射剂的用药品种多样，用药总金额和用药频度同步稳定增长；三七类和丹参类注射剂在武汉地区的占主导地位；血栓通（规格：100mg，属三七类）、丹参川芎嗪注射液（规格：5ml，属丹参类）两个品种应用增长迅速，最具竞争优势。结论：武汉地区心脑血管类中药注射剂应用呈增长趋势。应高度重视药品的不良反应，制药企业须努力提高药品的质量及稳定性，临床应不断提高合理用药水平，最大限度减少不良反应的发生，心脑血管类中药注射剂在该地区的应用仍有发展的空间。

Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections of Cardiovascular Drugs in 32 Hospitals of Wuhan Area During the Period of 2010-2012

Objective：To evaluate the application of traditional Chinese medicine injection of cardiovascular Drugs in 32 hospitals in Wuhan. Methods：The consumption sum and frequencies of the use of traditional Chinese medicine injec-tion of cardiovascular drugs in 32 hospitals of Wuhan area during the period of 2010-2012 were statistically analyzed. Re- suits ： Many varieties of cardiovascular injections, consumption sum and frequencies increased year by year. Sanqi and dan- shen injections were predominantly used in the area, and Xueshuantong Injection （specifications： 100mg, belonging to san-qi）, and dangshen of Chuanxiongqin Injection （specifications： 5ml, belong to danshen） were most competitive. Conclu- sion：The application of cardiovascular injections in Wuhan area became more and more general. Attention should be paid to adverse drug reactions （ADR）. Pharmaceutical enterprises should strive to improve the quality and stability of drugs, and clinical medical workers should constantly improve the level of rational drug use to reduce the incidence of ADR to the greatest degree; thus the development space of cardiovascular injections would be enormous in Wuhan area.
