| 摘 要： | 血管内皮生长因子是肿瘤发生发展过程中起重要作用的一类糖蛋白,其在基因水平存在较多的SNP位点以及在RNA剪切水平上存在选择性剪切.研究表明,这些变异与各种肿瘤的发生、发展、恶性程度有着密切的关系.

| Abstract: | Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a kind of glycoprotein that plays an important role in the arising and development of tumor.Single nucleotide polymorphisms and alternative splicing exist in VEGF gene.Some studies indicate that these variations are relative of the arising,development and malignant grade of tumors. |
