黄连小檗碱对大鼠糖尿病模型中血糖的影响

目的探讨黄连小檗碱对大鼠糖尿病模型血糖的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠90只随机分成正常组和造模组,38只大鼠成功建立糖尿病模型,分为阳性对照组(喂基础饲料),高、中、低剂量黄连小檗碱处理组,观察黄连小檗碱对糖尿病大鼠血糖及尿量的影响和对正常大鼠血糖影响。结果黄连小檗碱能降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖,降低的效果以高剂量为最佳,但对正常大鼠的血糖没有影响。结论黄连小檗碱能够降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖、尿量,降糖效果与给药剂量呈正相关。

Effect of Coptis and Berberine on the Blood Glucose in Diabetic Rats

Objective To explore the effect of coptis and berberine on the blood glucose in diabetic rats.Methods 90 Wistar rats were divided into normal group and therapeutic group randomly.38 rats were created into diabetic model successfully,and divided into control group and different dose level therapeutic groups randomly,which were observed the effect of coptis and berberine on the blood glucose and urinary volume in diabetic rats,and on the blood glucose in normal rats.Results The coptis and berberine could degrade blood glucose in diabetic rats,and the best effect was high dose level group,but they were no effect on the blood glucose in normal rats.Conclusions The coptis and berberine could degrade blood glucose and urinary volume in diabetic rats,and the effect was positively corrected with the dosage.
