心理干预对肝癌患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响

目的观察心理干预对肝癌患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将近3年收治的肝癌患者115例，随机分为观察组58例，对照组57例，在相同化疗、药物治疗的同时，对观察组进行针对性地心理干预，采用症状自评量表及生活质量调查问卷评定两组之间的差别。结果观察组在接受心理干预后，负性情绪明显减少（P〈0．05），生活质量明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论心理干预对于提高肝癌患者的生活质量有着良好的作用。
