血清基质金属蛋白酶-9、CEA等对非小细胞肺癌诊断的临床意义

目的综合评价血清基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）与其他肿瘤标记物对非小细胞肺癌诊断及预测疾病状态的临床意义。方法利用ELISA方法和快速发光免疫分析法分别测定70例非小细胞肺癌患者、22例良性肺疾病患者以及16例健康人体血清中MMP-9、癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原125（CA125）和糖类抗原19-9（CA19-9）的水平。结果非小细胞肺癌患者血清中MMP-9、CEA、CA125和CA19-9的水平均显著高于良性肺疾病组和健康组（P〈0.01）。另外,MMP-9的水平随肿瘤体积增大、淋巴结转移以及临床分期进展而显著升高（P〈0.01）。结论血清MMP-9与CEA、CA125和CA19-9对非小细胞肺癌诊断都具有一定的临床价值,血清MMP-9还是一项预测非小细胞肺癌侵袭、转移等疾病状态的良好指标。

Clinical Significance of Serum Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 and CEA in Diagnosis of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical significance of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） and other tumor markers in diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and prediction of disease stages.[Methods]The serum levels of MMP-9,CEA,CA125 and CA 19-9 in 70 patients with NSCLC,22 patients with benign pulmonary disease and 16 healthy people were tested by ELISA and chemiluminescent immunoassay,respectively.[Results]The serum levels of MMP-9,CEA,CA125 and CA 19-9 in NSCLC patients were higher than that in the benign pulmonary disease group and the healthy control group significantly（P〈0.01）. The level of MMP-9 significantly increased with tumor size,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage development （P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The serum levels of MMP-9,CEA,CA125 and CA 19-9 have a certain clinical significance in diagnosis of NSCLC,and MMP-9 is a good marker in prediction of NSCLC invasion,metastasis and disease stages.
