颈动脉粥样硬化与血脂水平的相关性分析

目的研究颈动脉粥样硬化与血脂水平之间的关系。方法采用彩色多普勒超声对2 892例健康体检人员行双侧颈动脉检查,分析颈动脉粥样硬化与血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的关系。结果颈动脉粥样硬化组血脂水平高于对照组(P0.01);不同年龄段颈动脉粥样硬化组和对照组间血脂水平比较:LDL-C在30~79岁、TC在30~59岁、TG在40~59岁年龄段颈动脉粥样硬化组高于对照组(P0.05);HDL-C在40~49岁年龄段颈动脉粥样硬化组低于对照组(P0.01)。颈动脉粥样硬化组和对照组间不同水平血脂构成比均差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论健康体检人员颈动脉粥样硬化与血脂水平有关联,积极降低血脂尤其是LDL-C,是防治动脉粥样硬化相关性疾病的一项重要措施。

The correlation between carotid atherosclerosis and serum lipid level

Objective To study the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and the level of lipids in physical examination population .Methods We examined bilateral carotids and analyzed the relationship between ca-rotid atherosclerosis and the level of serum total cholesterol （TC）,triglycerides（TG）,high-density lipoprotein choles-terol（ HDL-C） ,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-C） in 2892 physical examination persons by color Doppler ul-trasound.Results In the carotid atherosclerosis group ,the lipid level was higher than that in the control group （ P〈0.01）.Among different ages,comparisons in lipid levels between carotid atherosclerosis group and control group：in carotid atherosclerosis group ,LDL-C in 30~79 years group,TC in 30~59 years group,TG in 40~59 years group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）;HDL-C in 40~49 years group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.01）.The differences of constituent ratio between carotid atherosclerosis group and the control group were significant different in serum lipids （P〈0 01）.Conclusions There are some correlations between carotid atheroscle-rosis and lipid level in physical examination persons .
