| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的价值. 方法回顾分析输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石360例的临床资料. 结果一次碎石成功率85%(306/360),并发症发生率2.5%(9/360),其中输尿管穿孔6例,泌尿系感染3例. 结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术疗效确切,创伤小,安全性高. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the management of ureteral calculus . Methods The clinical data of 360 cases of ureteral stones treated ureteroscopically by pneumatic lithotripsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Stones were successfully fragmented on one session in 85% of the cases (306/360). Complications were observed in 2 5% of the cases (9/360), including 6 cases of ureteral perforation and 3 cases of urinary infection. Conclusions Pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope is safe, effective and minimally invasive. |
