| 自然周期冻融胚胎移植的相关因素分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自然周期玻璃化冻融胚胎移植(FET)结局的影响因素。方法对于2008年1月1日至2010年12月31日在湖北十堰市人民医院生殖医学中心接受玻璃化冻融胚胎移植的361个自然周期的相关资料进行回顾性分析,比较妊娠组与未妊娠组之间的各种参数。结果与未妊娠组相比,年龄、胚胎质量、子宫内膜厚度、剩余胚胎个数、移植第4日与移植日的血清孕酮(P)差值均有显著性差异。结论在自然周期玻璃化冻融胚胎移植周期中,年龄、胚胎质量、子宫内膜厚度、剩余胚胎个数、移植第4日与移植日的血清孕酮的上升差值与妊娠有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze factors that influence pregnancy outcome in a natural cycle frozen thawed embryo.Methods： Retrospectively analyze our center 2008.1.1-2010.12.31 totally 361 natural cycle frozen embryo thawed transfer cycle.Results： Compare the two group,age,the quality of embryo,the thick of the endometrium,the number of the remain embryo and the difference of serum progesterone（P） between the day of FET and the fourth day were statistically different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The age of patients,the quality of embryo,endometrial thickness,the number of the remain embryo and the difference of serum progesterone（P） between the day of FET and the fourth day have obvious influence. |
