摘    要:目的 了解佛山市禅城区麻疹流行病学特征,掌握流行规律,探讨控制策略。方法 对2005年发生在禅城区的139例麻疹病例进行回顾性分析。结果 2005年禅城区麻疹发病率为14.48/10万,高于2004年的发病水平,4~6月份为麻疹高发季节,0~1岁和20~30岁为麻疹高发年龄组,散居儿童、工人为高发人群,对麻疹病例免疫接种史分析表明,接种者占17.27%,未接种者占48.2%,不详占34.53%;未满8月龄38例,占27.34%。结论 加强外来流动儿童麻疹疫苗的基础免疫与加强免疫,提高免疫覆盖率,同时考虑提前初种年龄并对大年龄组人群开展复种工作。

Abstract:Objective To understand the prevalent characteristics of measles in Chancheng District so as to formulate effective control strategy. Methods 139 measles cases in 2005 were retrospective analyzed. Results The results showed that the average measles incidence rate in 2005 was 14.48 per 100 000, higher than that of 2004. The prevalent season was from April to June. The incidence of measles was high in the age group of between 0 - 1 years old and 20 - 30 years old. Measles was highly prevalent in sporadicallly distributed children and workers, being 27.34% of the cases under the age of less than eight months. 17.27% of the measles cases were immunized, 48.2 % cases were without immunization history and 34.53 % were with unknown immunization histo- ry. Conclusion Basic and intensified vaccination with measles vaccine in mobile population be further strengthened. In addition, the coverage of vaccination be enhanced and the initial vaccination be ahead of the schedule time, also re - vaccination of elder age groups be considered.
