邯郸市主城区中小学校男女学生视力低下比例不等的原因

目的通过了解不同年龄段男女生视力低下比例差距,分析形成原因,为改善中小学学生视力状况提供基础资料。方法利用邯郸市主城区中小学学生2012年健康检查数据进行统计对比分析。结果9～11岁是男女生视力比例差距拉开的关键阶段,8与9和10与11岁女生与男生视力低下比例差距递增分别达2．68％和5．51％,9—11岁是女生身体快速发育阶段,平均身高与男生平均身高最为接近。结论男女生视力低下比例差距形成主要原因为身体发育期营养元素摄人不足,降低男女生视力低下比例差距关键在于身体发育期和视轴发育期的视力保护及增加营养摄人。

Analysis on the reasons of difference in proportion of poor eyesight between male and female students in primary and secondary schools in Handan urban area

[ Objective ] To understand the difference in proportion of poor eyesight between male and female students in different age groups, provide the basic information for improving the vision status of primary and middle school students. [ Methods] The data of physical examination of primary and middle school students in Handan urban area in 2012 were analyzed and compared statistically. [ Results]9-11 years old is the key stage which the difference in proportion of poor eyesight has appeared between male and female students. The difference in proportion of poor eyesight between male and female students increases by 2.68% and 5.51% in 8-9 year-old age group and 10-11 year-old age group respectively. 9-11 years old is the rapid growth stage in female, so the average height of girls is most similar to that of the boys in this stage. [ Conclusion] The main reason of difference in proportion of poor eye- sight between male and female students is inadequate intake of nutrients in the period of physical development. In order to reduce the difference in proportion of poor eyesight between male and female students, it is important to protect eyesight and increase the nutrient intake during the period of physical development and visual axis development.
