北京市顺义区50岁以上人群脑卒中患病率及其危险因素

目的了解北京市顺义区50岁以上人群脑卒中患病率和危险因素暴露水平及其人群分布特征。方法2010-2012年选取顺义区24个居委会或自然村内50岁以上户籍人口进行整群抽样，对4199人进行统一的问卷调查和体格检查。结果北京市顺义区50岁以上人群脑卒中患病率为9．0％，其中男性患病率为12．6％，显著高于女性（7．0％），差异有统计学意义（x2=37．399，P〈0．01）。随着年龄增加患病率升高。脑卒中患者高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、心脏病、肥胖、卒中家族史、吸烟、饮酒等危险因素的暴露率分别为69．2％、19．6％、36．3％、20．7％、31．3％、30．0％、28．1％、21．8％，均高于非脑卒中者（P〈0．05）。结论北京市顺义区50岁以上人群脑卒中患病率及危险因素暴露水平较高，且患病率与性别、年龄有密切关系。脑卒中危险因素的前3位分别为高血压、血脂异常、肥胖。社区医生应有针对性地做好干预工作。

Prevalence rate and risk factors of stroke of people over 50 years old in Shunyi District of Beijing City

Objective] To find out exposure level and distribution characteristics of risk factors of stroke among population over 50 years in Shunyi District of Beijing City. Methods] From 2010-2012, cluster sampling method was adopted to select local residents over 50 years from 24 communities or villages in Shunyi District. Questionnaire and physical examination were performed on 4 199 selected residents. Results] The prevalence rate of stroke was 9. 0% ,males prevalence rate was 12. 6% which was significantly higher than that of females （7.0% ） . The difference was statistically significant （x2 = 37. 399, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The incidence was increased with age. Exposure rate of hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, heart disease, obesity, family history of stroke, cigarette smoking and alcohol drink were 69.2%, 19.6%, 36.3% , 20.7% , 31. 3% , 30.0% , 28.1 % , 21. 8% ,respectively, all higher than those who without stroke （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion] The prevalence rate and exposure level of stroke in populationje 50 years old is at a high level which is closely relevant to age and gender in Shunyi District of Beijing City. The top 3 risk factors of stroke patients are hypertension, dyslipidemia and obesity.
