南通市某卫生职业院校护理专业女生性心理现状调查

目的通过对南通市某卫生职业院校护理专业女生性心理现状的调查分析，为开展性健康教育提供科学的指导依据。方法以南通市某卫生职业院校护理专业女生为调查对象，采取分层抽样的方法抽取样本439人，采用匿名自填问卷的方法进行资料收集。使用EpiData3．02数据库录人数据，并对数据进行逻辑性检验，用SPSS16．0统计软件处理数据。结果58．1％的护生对手淫的问题不清楚，有25％的护生认为艾滋病是一种细菌性疾病；有52．6％的护生谈过恋爱，有15％的护生和异性发生过性行为，有9．6％的护生有过非意愿性妊娠，不同年级之间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），不同生源地之间的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；有51．5％的护生认为校园恋爱过程更重要，在对女大学生做第三者的看法上，4．6％的同学选择支持，38．0％的同学表示同情，有40．1％的同学可以接受婚前性行为，57．2％的人认为同性恋是少数人的正常行为，不同年级之间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），不同生源地之间的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；有64．9％的同学对性知识感到好奇，70．8％的同学认为有必要开展性教育。结论该卫生职业院校护理专业女生性知识比较缺乏，性观念比较开放，性行为和不安全性行为发生率较高，学校应加强卫生职业院校护生的性健康教育及引导。

Investigation on current situation of sexual psychology among nursing female students in a health vocational college of Nantong City

Objective] To investigate the sexual psychology among nursing female students in a health vocational college, and provide the scientific basis for guiding sexual health education. Methods] The nursing female students in a vocational college were concluded and 439 samples were extracted by adopting stratified sampling , and using anonymous self-administered questionnaire for data collection. Epidata3. 02 database software was used for data inputting and logic test, SPSS 16. 0 statistical software was applied for data processing. Results] The results showed 58. 1 % of nursing students were unclear on masturbation, 25 % mistook AIDS as a kind of bacterial disease; 52. 6% had involved in romantic relationship, 15% had heterosexual sexual behavior, and 9. 6% experienced unexpected pregnancy. The results were significantly different between grades （P 〈 0.01） , and there was no difference between student from different places （P 〉 0. 05） ; on campus love, 51. 5 % nursing student thought the process was more important; on female college students to be the other woman, 4.6% students was supportive, 38.0% expressed sympathy; 40.1 % students accepted premarital sex, 57. 2 % student thought homosexuality was a normal behavior of a few people. There was significant difference between different grades （P 〈 0. 05） , and no difference between student from different places （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion] The nursing female students are lack of sexual knowledge, but their sexual attitudes are liberal, sexual behavior and unsafe sex contact frequency are high. Schools should strengthen sexual health education and guidance among nursing students in vocational college.
