2012年宜州市传染病漏报及网络直报质量检查结果

目的分析2012年广西宜州市法定传染病报告情况，了解医疗机构法定传染病报告质量，以便及时、准确、全面掌握传染病疫情动态，采取有效措施控制疫情。方法对宜州市26家医疗机构传染病报告管理及网报质量进行调查，查阅门诊日志、出入院登记本、检验影像部门等临床记录，对传染病登记数及报告数进行统计分析。结果2012年宜州市法定传染病漏报率为5．83％，传染病报告卡填写完整率为95．04％，准确率为90．86％，一致率为86．68％，医疗机构门诊就诊患者登记率为52．13％。以县、乡两级医疗机构漏报率较高，主要漏报病种有其他感染性腹泻、手足口病、肺结核、病毒性肝炎等。乡镇卫生院传染病报告质量较差。结论2012年宜州市各级医疗机构传染病漏报率及其报告质量差别较大，应加强传染病督导检查力度，加大相关人员培训，建立功能科室和临床医生的结果反馈机制，是减少传染病漏报的有效手段。

Investigation on missing report and network direct reporting quality of communicable disease in Yizhou City in 2012

[ Objective] To analyze the reporting situation of notifiable communicable diseases in Yizhou City of Guangxi in 2012, understand the reporting quality of notifiable communicable diseases in medical institutions, accurately and totally grasp the epidem- ic situation of communicable diseases, and take effective prevention and control strategies. [ Methods] The reporting management and network direct reporting quality of communicable disease of 26 medical institutions in Yizhou City were investigated. By chec- king the clinical records, such as outpatient log, admission registration, as well as the records of examination and image depart- ment, the data of registration and reporting of communicable diseases were analyzed statistically. [ Results ] The missing report rate of notifiable communicable diseases was 5.83% in Yizhou City in 2012. The completive rate, accurate rate and consistent rate of communicable disease report cards was 95.04%, 90.86% and 86.68%, respectively. The registration rate in outpatient service of medical institutions was 52.13%. The missing report rate was high in county-level and town-level medical institutions, and the main diseases of missing report included infectious diarrhea, hand, foot and mouth disease, tuberculosis, and viral hepatitis. The reporting quality of communicable diseases in county and town health centers was not satisfactory. [ Conclusion] There are obvious differences in missing report rate and reporting quality among medical institutions of different levels in Yizhou City in 2012. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and inspection of communicable diseases, improve the training among relevant personnel, and establish the feedback mechanism of functional department and clinical physicians, which are the effective ways to reduce miss- ing report of communicable diseases.
