摘    要:目的建立SPE.UFLC/MS/MS快速测定食物中毒事件中乌头碱、次乌头碱、中乌头碱的方法。方法各种食物样品及呕吐物经0.1mol/LHCl提取,SPE固相萃取小柱净化,经AgilentSBC182.1mm×50mm,1.8μm分离,在正离子模式下用串联质谱仪定性定量分析。结果食物样品及呕吐物中乌头碱、次乌头碱、中乌头碱的方法检出限为1—3μg/L,2个水平的加标回收率为79.8%~112.5%,相对标准偏差均小于9.4%。结论该方法测定各种食物样品及呕吐物中的乌头碱、次乌头碱、中乌头碱快速,准确,可靠,灵敏度高。

Abstract:[ Objective] To establish a method for rapidly determining the aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine in samples of food poisoning events by SPE-UFLC/MS/MS. [ Methods] The samples of foods and vomits were extracted by 0.1 mol/L HC1, puri- fied by solid phase extraction {SPE} column, and separated with Agilent SB-C18 column {2.1 mm ~50 mm, 1.8~m}. The quali- tative and quantitative determination was performed by UFLC/MS/MS under positive ion mode. [ Results] The limits of detection (LOD) for aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine in samples of foods and vomits were 1 p~g/L-3 p~g/L. The recoveries of stand- ard addition in high and low concentrations were between 78% and 112.5%, and the relative standard deviations ( RSD} were less than 9.4%. [ Conclusion] The method can be used to determine the aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine in samples of foods and vomits, which is rapid, accurate, reliable and sensitive.
