摘    要:实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术是一种日益成熟的生物体核酸检测技术,由于其具有快速、特异、敏感、定量、安全、操作简便等特点,在医学诊断、卫生防疫等领域中得到广泛的应用。目前,针对常见疫情和食物中毒中的病源微生物,已设计和开发了相应的特异性引物及探针,可以对这些微生物进行快速检测,从而提高了政府及相关部门应对和解决突发公共卫生事件的能力。

Abstract:The real time fluorescence quantitative PCR is a kind of biological nucleic acid detection technology, which has become more mature. Due to the characteristics of rapid, specific and sensitive, quantitative, safe and easy operation, it has been widely used in medical diagnosis and epidemic prevention. At present, according to the common pathogenic microorganisms which cause the epidemic and food poisoning, the corresponding specific primers and probes have been designed and developed to rapidly detect these pathogenic microorganisms, and the ability of government and related departments to solve the public health emergencies has been improved.
