摘    要:
目的评价沈阳市某污水处理厂职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法。结果共设硫化氢检测点11个,结果为最低检出限~4.8mg/m3;氨检测点11个,结果为1.8~7.6mg/m3;硫酸检测点1个,结果为最低检出限;氢氧化钠检测点1个,结果为0.009mg/m3;噪声检测点9个,结果为60.O~90.2dB(A)。工人接触的硫化氢、氨、氢氧化钠、硫酸和噪声等均不超标,合格率为100%。结论该项目在总体布局、设备布局、建筑卫生学、辅助用室、个人使用的职业病防护用品、职业病危害防护设施、职业卫生管理等方面基本符合相关国家法律及职业卫生标准规定的要求。

Abstract:
[ Objective ] To evaluate the occupational hazards in a wastewater treatment plant of Shenyang City, as weU as prevention measures and its effect. [ Methods ] The field occupational health investigation, occupational health inspection and occupational health examination were adopted. [ Results ] In 11 detection points of hydrogen sulfide, the results ranged from minimal detectable limit to 4.8 mg/m3. In 11 detection points of ammonia, the results were between 1.8 mg/m3 and 7.6 mg/m3. The result of 1 sul- phuric acid detection point was the minimal detectable limit. The result of 1 sodium hydroxide detection point was 0.009 mg/m3. In 9 detection points of noise, the results were between 60.0 dB (A) and 90.2 dB (A). The qualified rates of hydrogen sulfide, am- monia, sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid, and noise were 100%. [ Conclusion] The general layout, equipment layout, construction hygiene, auxiliary room, individual occupational prevention articles, protection facilities of occupational hazards, and occupational health management in this project can basically meet the requirements of the relevant national laws and occupational health standards.
