2005--2012年海门市病毒性肝炎的流行趋势

摘    要:
目的分析海门市2005--2012年病毒性肝炎流行趋势,为制定防治策略和措施提供依据。方法整理分析海门市2005--2012年病毒性肝炎疫情资料,通过发病率线形回归模型,估计病毒性肝炎发病率的年度变化百分比(APC)。结果8年间海门市病毒性肝炎中未分型肝炎的发病率呈下降趋势(P〈0.01),APC为-21.10%;戊型肝炎的发病率呈上升趋势(P〈0.05),APC为23.49%。病毒性肝炎以35—49岁为发病高峰年龄,男女性别比为2.54:1,各型病毒性肝炎均以农民和工人发病为主(73.92%),存在季节分布差异。结论免疫接种等综合性的防治措施是控制病毒性肝炎疫情的有效方法,同时需要加强病毒性肝炎的分型报告和戊型肝炎的监测和预警工作。

Abstract:
[ Objective] To analyze the epidemic trend of viral hepatitis in Haimen City from 2005-2012, provide the basis for making the prevention strategies and measures. [ Methods ] The epidemic data of viral hepatitis in Haimen City from 2005-2012 were an- alyzed. The annual percent changes ( APC ) of incidence rate of viral hepatitis were estimated by the linear regression model. [Results]During 2005-2012, the incidence rate of undifferentiated type hepatitis had decreased (P 〈 0. 01), with APC of -21.10%, while the incidence rate of hepatitis E had increased (P 〈0.05) , with APC of 23.49%. Most of patients with viral hepatitis were people aged 35-49 years old, and the male to female ratio was 2.54: 1. 73.92% of patients with viral hepatitis were farmem and workers, and there was seasonal difference. [ Conclusion] The comprehensive prevention and control measures, such as immunization, are effective methods to control the epidemic situation of viral hepatitis. Meanwhile, it is necessary to strengthen the typing report of viral hepatitis, as well as the surveillance and early warning of hepatitis E.
