南宁市邕宁区吸毒人群艾滋病、丙型肝炎和梅毒感染情况

目的分析南宁市邕宁区吸毒人群艾滋病病毒（HIV）、丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）和梅毒感染情况，为艾滋病、丙型肝炎和梅毒的防治提供依据。方法对邕宁区美沙酮门诊登记服药的吸毒人群258人抽取静脉血，进行HIV、HCV和梅毒抗体检测，并对检测结果进行分析。结果258名吸毒人群中HIV、HCV和梅毒抗体总体阳性率分别为11．63％、89．15％、5．43％；HIV／HCV、HCV／梅毒、HIV／HCV／梅毒合并感染率分别为11．24％、2．71％、0．39％；其中静脉注射毒品者HIV、HCV和梅毒抗体阳性率分别为11．16％、93．49％、4．65％；口吸毒品者没有检出HIV抗体，HCV和梅毒抗体阳性率为67．44％、9．30％。结论邕宁区吸毒人群HIV、HCV和梅毒阳性率较高，静脉注射毒品尤其是共用针具吸毒是传播HIV、HCV的主要原因，应加强对吸毒人群的监测和管理。

Infection status of HIV,HCV and syphilis among drug addicts in Yongning District of Nanning City

Objective ] To analyze the infection status of HIV, HCV and syphilis among drug addicts in Yongning District of Nan- ning City, and provide evidence for their control. Methods] A total of 258 drug addicts who registered in methadone clinic were re- cruited for venous blood collection. The HIV, HCV and syphilis antibody tests were performed, and the results were analyzed. Results ] Of 258 drug addicts, the total positive rate of HIV, HCV and syphilis antibody was 11.63 %, 89.15% and 5.43 %, respectively; the combined infection rate of I-IIV / HCV, HCV / syphilis , HIV / HCV / Syphilis was 11.24%, 2.71% and 0. 39 %, respectively; the positive rate of HIV, HCV and syphilis antibody among intravenous drug users was 11.16 %, 93.49% and 4.65 %; HIV antibody was not detected among oral drug users, but the positive rate of HCV and syphilis antibody was 67.44% and 9.30%, respectively. Conclusion] The positive rate of HIV, HCV and syphilis antibody is relatively high among drug addicts in Yongning District. The main route for HIV, HCV transmission is intravenous drug, especially needle sharing. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and management of drug addicts.
