| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者全血流变学及外周血白细胞参数的变化。方法:对96例急性脑梗死患者和98例健康人进行血流变学参数及外周白血细胞监测,并进行比较。结果:观察组除红细胞变形指数外的血流变学指标、外周白细胞计数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血流变学及外周血白细胞异常可能与脑梗死的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the changes of blood rheology and leuokocyte in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The blood rheology and leuokoeyte were made in 96 patients with cerebral infarction.Results In patient group,the blood rheology indexes except TK,WBC were all apparently higher(P<0.05),TK were lower(P<0.01).Conclusion Abnormal of blood rheology and leuokocyte may be related to occurrence of acute cerebral infarction. |
