| 摘 要： | 目的 :进一步观察和评价头孢羟氨苄胶囊 (赛锋 )对急性呼吸道感染的临床有效性和安全性。方法 :选择急性呼吸道感染患者 60例 ,随机分成两组 ,分别给予头孢羟氨苄胶囊和头孢克洛口服治疗 ,从临床表现及实验室检验两方面对其疗效和安全性进行对比评价。结果 :头孢羟氨苄胶囊治疗急性呼吸道感染的临床有效率为 80 % ,痰分离致病菌的药敏率 89% ,细菌清除率为 84 % ,头孢克洛则分别为 73 % ,82 % ,74 % ,差异均无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 )。前者不良反应的发生率 ( 6% )较后者 ( 17% )低。结论 :头孢羟氨苄是一种有效而安全的治疗呼吸道轻中度急性感染的口服抗生素 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cefadroxil in the treatment of acute respiratory infection Methods: 60 patients with acute respiratory infection were randomly assigned into 2 groups: cefradroxil treated group and cefaclor treated group Clinical manifestations and laboratory profiles were compared Results: The effective rate, drug sensitivity rate of sputum isolated pathogen and bacteria eradication rate were 80%,89% and 84% respectively in cefadroxil group; while the counterpart indecies were 73%, 82% and 74% respectively in cefaclor group No significantly difference between the 2 groups ( P >0 05) was found But the incidence of side effect was lower in cefadroxil group (6%) than that in cefaclor group (17%) Conclusion: Cefadroxil is a safe and effective oral antibiotic for treatment of acute respiratory infection |
