| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨原发性高血压患者血尿酸浓度及其与血肌酐之间的关系.方法:测定90例原发性高血压患者与90例血压正常患者的血尿酸与血肌酐浓度.结果:与血压正常组比较,高血压组血尿酸浓度明显增高,两组差异有显著性(P＜0.01),且血尿酸与血肌酐呈正相关关系(r＝0.380,P＜0.01).结论:血尿酸浓度增高有利于原发性高血压早期肾损害的识别.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between serum uric acid and serum creatinine in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:Serum uric acid and serum creatinine conceatrations in 90 patients with essential hypertension and 90 patients with normal blood pressure were measured respectively.Results:Compared with the subjects who had normal pressure,serum uric acid concentration increased significantly in the patients with essential hypertension( P <0.01),and it is positively correlated to the serum creatinine( r=0.380,P <0.01).Conclusions:Increased serum uric acid might be beneficial to an early detection of impaired renal function in patients with essential hypertension. |
