改进挂线疗法治疗肛瘘69例

传统挂线疗法是治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的有效方法之一，但它有穿线过程复杂，一次成功率低，以及治疗过程需多次紧线等缺点。我们改进后的挂线疗法只用棒状探针在其头部穿一筒状橡皮筋，直接穿进瘘管、扎紧橡皮筋即可。通过69例治疗组与31例对照组对照观察，用改进后的挂线疗法，较传统挂线疗法具有操作简单、引流通畅、手术时间短、切口准确挂线脱落早，伤口愈合快以及患者痛苦小等优点。

69 Cases of Improved Thread- Drawing Therapy in the Treatment of Anal Fistula

Traditional thread-drawing therapy is an effective way for the treatment of high-positioned anal fistula.However,it has defects like complicated thread-drawing course,low one time success rate and needing to tighten the thread for many times during the treatment.The improved thread-drawing therapy only needs to draw a bucket-shaped elastic at the head of the fistula with a stick-shaped probe,then directly insert into the fistula and fasten the elastic.According to the comparing observation of 69 cases which were divided into different groups,the improved thread-drawing therapy has the following strongpoints: simple peroration,fluent drainage,short time operation,exact incision,early falling off of the thread,quick healing of the wound,etc.
