| Abstract: | To strengthen the ethical and moral construction in minorities area medical colleges and universities is essential for the carrying out of the scientific development concept and the promotion of public health in minorities area,whose core is the establishment of an educational system of ethics and morality consummating "educates the human takes the labor of duty,the moral education for first",including content and means construction of ethical and moral education. |
