家蚕核型多角体病毒DNA的病毒学评价

摘    要:毒理学评价结果揭示,家蚕核型多角体病毒为无毒级;微核试验阴性,致畸试验也未获得阳性结果,同时慢性毒性试验结果表明,受试物可减缓受试动物的体重增长,并具有不同程度的肾和肝脏毒性。

Toxicological Evaluation of DNA of Nuclear Polyherdrosis Virus of silkworm

Abstract:Toxicological eveluation of DNA of muclear polyherdrosis virus(NPV) of silkworm was conducted to provide toxicological evidence to protect the health of workers engaged in genetic engineering and its biosafety.The results showed that NPV DNA belongs to no toxicity class in acute toxicity test,and bone marrow cell micronucleus rate of mice administrated by NPV DNA was not significantly higher than that of control group.The positive results of traditional teratogenic study in rate were not obtained,and chronic toxicological study showed that NPV DNA retarded the growth rate of treated rats in the begining,but later the growth rate was recovered gradually,and that some beginning,but latetr the growth rate waw recovered gradually,and that some positive pathological changes in lungs,livers and kidneys were found in group with higher dosage of NPV DNA.
