摘    要:目的 了解广州4家开展静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)医院患者对输液的满意度情况,评价PIVAS的实践效果。方法 采用自行设计的“医院PIVAS患者满意度调查表”对患者进行问卷调查。结果4家医院患者总体输液满意度得分为4.16±0.60,患者对护士换药及时程度、主动巡视次数、输液安全感受、输液袋外观展现、输液花费的满意度较高;患者对输液轮候时长、输液流程便捷性、护士沟通态度等满意度较低。结论 医院实行PIVAS后有效地提高了临床护理质量,减少了用药不当事件的发生,降低了医疗成本,患者满意度处于较高水平。

Abstract:Objective To conduct a satisfaction survey of intravenous infusion on patients in Guangzhou four hospitals launching Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service (PIVAS) and evaluate the practical effect of PIVAS. Method Patients were given a self-designed questionnaire of "Satisfaction survey of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service in the hospital". Results The overall satisfaction score of infusion in the four hospitals was 4.16±0.60. The satisfaction of patients for timely dressing, proactive patrol times, feeling of safe transfusion, appearance of infusion bags and infusion cost was quite high. Patients showed less satisfaction for waiting time of infusion, convenience of infusion process and communication attitude of nurses. Conclusion With the implementation PIVAS, hospitals can effectively improve the clinical nursing quality, reduce the incidence of inappropriate medication and lower the health care costs with high satisfaction of patients.
