产后出血的原因分析及护理体会

产后出血是产科严重并发症，死亡率高。2003年6月-2010年4月重庆市北碚区柳荫镇中心卫生院收治50例产后出血患者，经积极抢救和有效护理后，49例治愈出院，1例因凝血功能障碍转上级医院。本文对产后出血原因及护理体会进行了总结，旨在为临床护理工作提供参考。

A Causality Analysis of Postpartum Bleeding and Its Nursing Experience

Postpartum bleeding is a serious complication with a high death rate as witnessed in the maternity department. The Center Clinic of Liuyin Town, Beibei District, Chongqing has admitted and treated 50 patients of postpartum bleeding from June 2003 to April 2010. Through active emergency treatment and effective caring, 49 patients out of the 50 were cured and exited the clinic, while the one remaining was transferred to a hospital of higher level for treatment due to blood coagulation dysfunction. This article sums up the causes for postpartum bleeding and the nursing experience in that regard, and is aimed at providing references to the practice of clinical nursing.
