盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效研究

目的 观察盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 选择变应性鼻炎患者108例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组54例,对照组口服非索非那定片,观察组在对照组治疗方法基础上加用盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂,用药30d后比较临床疗效。结果 观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为92.6%和88.9%,观察组略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义;观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为9.3%和25.9%,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂应用于变应性鼻炎的临床效果显著,不良反应发生较少,有利于患者康复和提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray for Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Method 108 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 54 cases in each. The control group was treated with fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets and the observation group were treated with fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets plus azelastine hydrochloride nasal sprays. After 30 days, the effects in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.6%, slightly higher than the control group of 88.9% and the difference was not statistically significant; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation was 9.3 %, significantly lower than the control group of 25.9% and the difference was statistically significant （P（0.05）. Conclusion Azelastine hydroehloride nasal Spray has a significant clinical effect on allergic rhinitis and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients and can improve the quality of their life, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
