老年高血压病患者健康干预效果分析

目的探讨健康管理在老年人群高血压病防治中所起的作用，为有针对性地进行健康教育和健康促进提供依据。方法从健康管理处随机抽取200例老年高血压病患者进行健康体检和问卷调查，将其分为干预组和对照组，每组各100例，对干预组进行行为干预。干预组建档前及建档后1年的高血压病危险因素及行为生活方式进行自身对照比较，同时与对照组进行住院率、心血管不良事件发生率的比较。结果干预组患者的高血压病危险因素、行为生活方式、相关知识的知晓率较干预前明显改善（P〈0．01）；干预组的住院率、心血管不良事件发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论对老年人群高血压病患者进行健康管理，可有效地缓解症状、稳定病情，对促进其身体健康、提高生活质量有良好的效果。

Analysis on Health Intervention of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

Objective To investigate the role of health management in the prevention of hypertension in elderly people so as to provide references for targeted health education and promotion. Method 200 cases of elderly patients with hypertension from the Health Management Department were randomly divided into intervention and control groups, 100 cases in each group. They had health examination and did a survey of questionnaire. The intervention group was given behavior intervention. The intervention group had a self-comparison in risk factors for hypertension and behavior and lifestyle before their intervention and after one-year intervention, and it was compared with the control group in rate of hospitalization and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events. Results Patients in the intervention group had a more significant improvement in risk factors for hypertension, behavior and lifestyle, and awareness of related knowledge after their intervention than before the intervention （P〈0.01）. The rate of hospitalization and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the intervention group were much lower than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The health management of elderly patients with hypertension can effectively relieve their symptoms, stabilize their disease, improve their health and promote their quality of life with good effects.
