逍遥散联合西药治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察

目的观察逍遥散联合西药治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效以及对患者抑郁和焦虑情况的影响。方法选取门诊及住院治疗的FD患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。对照组口服西药多潘立酮片以及氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片（商品名：黛力新）进行治疗，实验组在此基础上根据症状以加减逍遥散进行治疗，4周为1个疗程，在治疗前后采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）对患者进行评定，1个疗程后作出临床疗效评价。结果实验组总有效率为90．0％，显著高于对照组的77．5％（P〈0．05）。2组患者在治疗前抑郁和焦虑情况无差异，治疗后实验组抑郁和焦虑情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论逍遥散联合多潘立酮片和黛力新可以更好地改善FD患者的抑郁和焦虑情况，提高临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD） and its influence on depression and anxiety of the patients. Method 80 cases of FD patients treated in out-patient and in-patient departments were selected as research object and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with oral western medicine Domperidone tablets and Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets （commodity name： Deanxit） while patients in the experimental group were given Xiaoyao Powder of an increasing or decreasing dose as per symptoms on this ground with 4 weeks as one course of treatment. The patients were assessed by means of Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） before and after treatment, and the clinical effect was evaluated after one course of treatment. Results Total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 90.0%, which was significantly higher than that of 77.5% （P〈0.05） in the control group. There was no difference in depression and anxiety of patients from the two groups prior to treatment （P〉0.05）, and depression and anxiety in patients from the experimental group was better than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaoyao Powder combined with Domperidone tablets and Deanxit can better improve depression and anxiety of FD patients and clinical effect, which is worth clinical promotion.
