| 摘 要： | 目的观察外固定架治疗开放性Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析32例采用外固定架治疗开放性Pilon骨折32例,术后平均随访14个月,观察创面和骨折愈合及功能恢复情况。结果所有病人术后无感染,骨折均骨性愈合,术后据Teeny&Wiss踝关节症状和功能评分为65~93分,平均85分。结论外固定架适用于开放性Pilon骨折的治疗,可避免切口并发症及骨不连的发生,固定可靠,有利于踝关节早期活动,临床疗效肯定。
