| 摘 要： | 目的建立垂盆草胶囊中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．4％磷酸溶液（50：50），检测波长为370nm。结粜槲皮素进样量在0．04152-0．4152μg范围内与峰面积具有起好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为101．9％。RSD为2．5％（n=6）。结论该法简单、快速．可为垂盆草胶囊的质量控制提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of quercetin in Chuipencao capsule. Methods HPLC method was adopted and a C18 column （250mm ×4. 6mm,5μm） was used. The mobil phase consisted of methanol-0. 4% phosphoric acid （50：50）.The detection wavelength was at 370 nm. Results The calibration curve of quercetin was linear in the range of 0.041 52-0. 415 2 μg（ r =0.999 9）, the average recovery rate was 101.9%, RSD=2.5%（n=6）.Concluslon The method is simple, quick, and can be used for quality control of Chuipencao capsule. |
