| 摘 要： | 目的了解精索内静脉高位结扎术对精索静脉曲张症不育患者精液质量的影响。方法对近10年本院诊治精索静脉曲张症不育的患者228例进行回顾性分析，比较患者术前、术后精液质量和术后受孕率。结果术后患者精子密度、精子活动率及授孕率均明显改善。结论精索内静脉高位结扎术能提高精索静脉曲张症不育患者的生育力。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To know spermatic vein high ligation of varicocele infertility disease in patients with semen quality.Methods Over the past 10 years in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of varicocele patients 228 cases of infertile patients,preoperative and postoperative semen quality were compared.Results The patients with sperm density,motility rate and fertilization rate were significantly improved.Conclusion The high spermatic vein ligation can enhance varicocele infertility disease in patients with fertility. |
