| 摘 要： | 目的：搜寻２１ 号染色体情感障碍易感性基因，探讨Ｄ２１ｓ６５ 多态性与情感障碍的关系。方法：应用微卫星ＤＮＡ 的二核苷酸串联重复序列多态性方法分析Ｄ２１ｓ６５ 与ＡＤ之间关系。结果：没有发现ＡＤ与Ｄ２１ｓ６５关联的证据。结论：本研究结果提示２１ｑ２２．１ 区域不存在ＡＤ易感性基因。

| Abstract: | Objective:Search for gene predisposing to Affective disorder on chromosome 21. To study the relationship between D 21 s65 Polymorphism length and Affective disorder. Method: To analysis the relationship between D 21 s65 Polymorphism length and Affective disorder using the dinucleotide repet of microsatellite DNA methods. Results: This study demonstrated that the D_(21) s65 marker is no association with Affective disorder of the Han nationality of Chinese. Conclusion:This results toints out that the region of 21q22 1 is no a gene predisposing to Affective disorder in aur reaserch simples of the Chinese. |
