不同年龄组青光眼手术应用丝裂霉素的临床研究

目的：探讨不同年龄组青光眼手术中应用丝裂霉素的疗效。方法：将患者按年龄分A、B两组,各组分对照组：应用可调节缝线小梁切除术,治疗组：在上述方法上加用丝裂霉素。观察对照组、治疗组术后滤过泡及眼压水平。结果：术后眼压水平、形成功能性滤过泡,A组两组对比差异有统计学意义,B组两组对比差异无统计学意义。结论：在青中年青光眼患者术中应用丝裂霉素,可提高手术成功率。

Clinical Study of Mitomycin in Glaucoma Surgery in Different Age Groups
