高寒环境犬肢体爆炸伤后病理变化和感染特征研究

摘    要:
目的 观察高寒环境下杂种犬肢体爆炸伤早期伤口病理变化特点,创伤区感染特征,为高寒区战伤早期救治的方案建立提供依据.方法 建立高寒环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤模型,犬雷管炸伤肢体后,分别于伤后即刻、4、6、8、12、24、48、72、96小时切取伤道深部软组织,行实验病理学分析其变化特点;伤道深部组织、外周静脉血细菌培养,并行伤道局部细菌定量检测,分析其与病理变化的关系.结果 高寒环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤后,24小时伤口组织炎性改变明显、感染,伤道组织培养有细菌生长,细菌数量为(3.7±0.16)×105cfu/g.结论 高寒环境高湿度条件下伤口感染期为伤后24小时,研究结果为早期救治和预后判断提供了理论依据.
