| 摘 要： | 目的研究清热宁胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法以黄芩苷含量、浸膏得率为指标,采用正交试验法优选清热宁胶囊的最佳提取工艺条件。结果优选得到的最佳提取工艺为加水量14倍,提取次数2次,提取时间1.5 h,醇沉浓度60%。结论该提取工艺合理可行。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the best extracting technology of Qingrening Capsules.Methods Setting the content of baicalin and the extraction rate of extracting as index,the best extracting process was selected with orthogonal test method.ResultsThe best extracting process is as following: adding 15 fold of water,extracting for 1.5 h and twice,in above of all,let it sediment adding ethanol to 60%.Conclusion The process proved to be reasonable and feasible. |
