| 摘 要： | 目的:研究复方颠茄合剂中莨菪碱的含量测定方法.方法:采用酸性染料比色法在pH 6.6磷酸盐缓冲液条件下测定莨菪碱的含量,检测波长(589±1)nm.结果:莨菪碱在1.2～7.2μg/mL浓度范围内呈线性,r=0.999 1,平均回收率为100.02%,(RSD=0.69%,n=4).结论:该法准确、方便、灵敏,可供该制剂的含量测定.该法关键在于调准pH,以免处方中其它组分干扰测定结果.
