Research on the application of the combination of blood flow RI of CDFI and morphological image in the identification of benign and malignant ovarian tumors

Objective:To explore the application value of blood flow resistance index(RI)of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)combined with morphological image in the identification of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Methods:73 patients with ovarian tumor who admitted to hospital were selected and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different examination methods.The observation group adopted ultrasonic morphological image combined with blood flow RI to implement examination.And the control group adopted the morphological image of two-dimensional(2D)ultrasound to implement examination.The RI value and morphological diagnosis were quantitatively conducted by 5-point method,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn.And the area under curve(AUC)of ROC curve and diagnostic accuracy of the two groups were further compared.Results:35 cases were benign tumor and 38 cases were malignant tumor in 73 patients.The total positive rate of benign and malignant ovarian tumors was 86.30%in control group(63/73),which was significantly lower than 97.26%(71/73)in observation group(x2=5.811,P<0.05).Taking the pathological results as the standard,the area under curves(AUC)of the observation group and the control group were 0.964 and 0.803 respectively,and the diagnostic value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The examination of CDFI combined with morphological image can quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the blood flow of ovarian tumors,and the blood flow RI can provide important basis for improving the accuracy of differentiating benign and malignant tumors.
