九一丹刺激对兔胫骨骨骺端骨生长变化的影响

摘    要:
为探讨九一丹刺激对兔胫骨骨骺端骨生长变化度其在长骨纵向生长中的意义。以日本大耳白兔16只,取双侧后肢胫骨骨骺端做实验,右侧用中药九一丹刺激为实验组,左侧不用药物刺激为对照组。术后45天、90天分别处死动物,取标本观察外观变化,同时制作超薄组织切片,TEM观察标本骨生长变化。结果显示术后45天实验组胫骨骨骺端外形较对照组膨隆变粗,周径变大,术后90天胫骨骨骺端外形明显增粗变大,周径、胫骨全长较对照组增长。电镜观察,实验组45天后可见成骨细胞增生,粗面内质网丰富且有扩张现象,前成骨细胞转化过渡型成骨细胞,局部可见新生交织骨;90天后前成骨细胞度成骨细胞数量明显增多,新生骨组织内大量成骨细胞向骨细胞转化,可见少量交织骨形成和新生小血管。表明九一丹刺激可使骨骺端骨生长发生改变,促进骨骺端软骨细胞、成骨细胞的增生繁殖,提示药物刺激能使胫骨骨骺端出现纵向增长和横向增粗。

Abstract:
In order to study the effect of"JIUYT DNA"(JYD,TCI) for promoting bony growth ) on the osteoepiphyseal change and the bone longitudinal growth, 16 Japanese rabbits were brought into our experimental study. The right tibiae of each animal were as JYD - treated group, while the light tibiae were as the control group, the tibiae were excised in 45 days and 90 days after treatment, respectively, sliced and stained specimens, observed the histomorphologial change by TEM. The results showed : (1) the osteoepiphyseal portions shape of JYD - treated group were more intumescent and the circumference became longer compared oi the control in the 45 - day specimens; die length of the 90 - day tibiae were longer beside; (2) the TEM findings: in the 45 - day tibiae histomorphology with more osteoblasts and the rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum (ER) became more outstretched and more pre- osteoblasts were translating, could find the newborn interlaced bone; m the 90 - day tibiae found more pre - osteoblasts and osteoblasts and the osteoblasts were translating to osteocytes and less interlaced bone but more blood vessels, suggesting that JYD has a good function to promote the longitudinal and horizontal growth of tibial osteoepiphysis.
